There is a significant lack of direction and transparency from the C-Suite leadership. Employees' opinions and feedback are often dismissed, creating a culture where valuable input goes unheard. Financial decisions made by leadership have been concerning, as evidenced by missed and delayed paydays for employees, as well as delays in vendor payments. While hardworking employees have not received raises, bonuses and raises were awarded to C-Suite executives, which further impacts morale.
