      Pros

      Health benefits are decent. They offer a good amount of vacation time. Most of my coworkers are awesome to work with. Small company that is all around a nice to work for.

      Cons

      Bonus structure does not award people fairly. Low wages compared to industry standards. Upper management does not listen. Not managed effectively. Training is haphazard
