Everything else Management lies to your face Pay is below industry average Constant issues with pay An office worker that thinks she's your boss & will talk to you any kind of way. Horrid management & ownership Owner that cares more about impressing his mistresses and cash in his pocket than drivers. Management protecting drivers that chronically harass and threaten female drivers Equipment is awful & unreliable, and since they bought the new Peterbilts drivers make less money because they weigh a lot more. Average employee tolerance to put up with pay and everything else is 2-3 months. Employee battle cry is "I'll give it a year", few do.
