Pros
You work your 8hrs and go home. The workload is not overwhelming. The employees and management are friendly. The CEO is the type to hold the door for you. Be prepared to volunteer (2 paid days a year). I was moved around the accounting department, so I gained much experience and knowledge.
Cons
Better job duties description. More vacation time would be great (you start off with 2weeks)
