Cons

No job security. I was laid off without warning. Even worse they tell you they can and will delay for months letting you go! Worse job experience in my career.

job is remote, monday-friday and full-time

Cons

The job was very stressful. I worked there for almost 3 years. My pay started at $17 and ended at $18.20. No opportunity for advancement. The supervisors and managers weren't helpful with the workload but micromanage the CSR's the whole shift. This is not a company you can be at long term. All of the higher ups have worked there for over 15 years and are close friends. None of them are leaving until they retire.
