Pros

Experience in B2B sales and a good manager

They don't pay your taxes, no promised income, use your car and pay for your own gas (they make it seem like you are your own boss blah blah, one day you will own your own business). They constantly pump you up to brain wash your mind and get read to sell their D-end makeup products on the field. The makeup is like child makeup quality, like the play makeup for little girls. The boss dresses sharp and drives a nice car, making it seem like that could be you one day. Once an individual gets good at selling they "promote" you to manager with no pay raise. You end up doing more work and training new employees (for free). May I remind you that in the mornings when they train and role play...you are not getting paid. They don't do background checks on the employees and you don't have to fill out an employment application. Not to mention they have changed their name multiple times. If they were so successful, why not have a franchise and just be called the same name/be one big business? Cle Solutions used to be called The Local Group. Same owner, products (made in China), and just a different location. They moved once cause the owner told me that the landlord was "racist" and had a problem with the employees. I could go on and on about this company and what I went through. What I just said above are all facts and experiences. Find a tax paying job so you don't own the government and become in debt. Accept a position that the minute you sit down at your desk, you clock in and are being paid for your services.

Pros

To succeed here, you have to be ambitious and self start. The training provides you with all of the tools that you need. It's an easy job with managers that care about employees MORE than profit. it's a very rare commodity. All one needs to do is his or her job and there is all of the earning potential in the world at your fingertips. The schedule isn't ultra rigid, the hours are not crazy, it's essentially 9-5 but after 8 hrs the decision whether to work later is up to you. There are not formalized sales goals other than what you set for yourself. Treat this job well and it will give back what you put into it. Management and staff are very employee oriented and they are concerned about you, not your numbers. CLE solutions is fast paced, and puts a higher value on its people than their profits. Hustle really is recognized and compensated by the company.

Cons

There really are no cons. If you do your job, everything is going to be great. If you don't you will be disappointed in your earnings. I was really afraid of working without a set salary and being commission only, but after I got things figured out, I realized that I made substantially more on commission than I would have on salary.
