Novo is a product agency that create innovative IOT and medical devices for startups and bigger organizations in Canada, US and Europe. It's great to be able to work on such innovative projects with a full in-house team including industrial designers, UX-UI designers, electronic and mechanical engineers and software & firmware experts. Good working ambiance and a lot of social and team building activities.
Cons
The company is growing fast. A lot of operational improvements are on the way, but it takes time and the vision is not always well communicated to the staff. Salaries are lower than average.
