People are nice except for sales

no structure, no area to be creative

there are none. deceptive hiring process. you are allowed to take turns loading and unloading the dishwasher once a week as a special thank you for working there

Owner screams and swears at employees all day long, very abusive. Cannot believe he hasn't been sued or shut down by us labor. Does not allow any talking. the place is completely silent. owner is paranoid and monitors everything you do, including phone calls. you must use his phone system and he then listens on the other end. possible factory compliance issues, perhaps this is why major accounts stay away.
