Pros
Freedom for own initiatives: When you have a good idea, you are given the freedom to run with it and make it happen. Entrepreneurship is highly encouraged. As a result, you can clearly see the impact of the projects you undertake and significantly contribute to the company's success. Camaraderie: A very close-knit culture where people enjoy helping each other, social activities are organized, and there is also room for fun. Everyone feels deeply connected to CM, sees its potential, and this creates a strong sense of unity. Flat Hierarchy: Management is very approachable, genuinely interested in their people, and open to ideas. Dynamic Workplace: CM is part of the fast-growing tech industry, which means that every day is different and it continuously develops new technologies and solutions. This makes the work very dynamic. Growing every year: Although there are still many challenges and pain points regarding the company's culture, I have seen that management is trying to improve it and has definitely succeeded in various areas (e.g., internal communication has really improved over the years). Last but not least: there is something as a free lunch ;)
Cons
Lack of Clear Corporate Vision: This is a deliberate choice by management, called organized chaos. If you like having a clear structure and knowing where the company is heading in the next few years, this might be unsettling. Limited Growth Opportunities: It is not highly encouraged (probably from a cost perspective) to take certain training courses. There are internal trainings, but they are mostly product-focused. Additionally, there is only one annual review where your salary is evaluated (so make sure you negotiate before starting).
