Pros
They gave me my chance despite of my lack of experience. Good school for young professionals. Nobody is making a life-long career there unless they are part of the investors. Beautiful new office. Very safe culture.
Cons
When you mature into the business, while the competition if offering more, they won’t do anything to keep you even the employees who contributed the most in the past few years. HR’s are sneaky. Benefits have been cut down. Communication is their number 1 problem.
