Pros
401k, hybrid, great team mates
Cons
Micro-managing nightmare. Management uses bullying style of management; all buyers know it but keep quiet in fear of retaliation or being fired as management has been the same for many years. You are made to feel like you are always walking on pins and needles. Being singled out in meetings in front of your peers is very common. Micromanaging is beyond reason so much so that you begin to question your worth within the company, you begin to second guess your decisions and start questioning your abilities. If management is unhappy about something a new "rule" might suddenly be enforced and you are reprimanded outright if you didn't abide by it before the communication took place. Yearly Reviews are in part based on your teammate’s impression of you although you are not physically in the same location, you are required to clock in even though you are salaried. Much favoritism is displayed in favor of those who have learned the only way to lessen the probabilities of being the next target is by brown nosing. Favored buyers get less workload while there are some working even on weekends to keep up. If you are looking for a micro-managing atmosphere where your work is not appreciated, your efforts go unnoticed, expectations can vary at any given moment, and salary is on the low end of the spectrum then this is the place for you.
