Pros
Having only been employed by CMD for a couple of months, I can already tell this is a team that cares deeply about their candidates' needs and their clients' requirements. The company culture is positive, fun and friendly and I have not met a team member across any of our 3 sites that I haven't instantly made a connection with.
The consultants here take pride in the fact that we "do things properly" and stay clear of the stigmas that often come with recruitment agencies/consultancies. You won't be disappointed with the service provided by any of our consultants here.
