      Cons

      Run away at all cost, bad work environment, harsh mean micromangement, and high turnover rate. I wouldn't pray this on my enemies!

      Pros

      Competitive pay, small company so direct access to management and ownership. Ability to do campaign work without the crazy campaign lifestyle. Very stable respected company in the field. Opportunities to grow in the company or transfer to other political organizations. Great way to get in on the ground floor of a big campaign or new administration.

      Cons

      The office is in Tysons Corner and getting to DC can be tough with traffic. The hours can be long during busy season.
