They started off on a hiring spree and within 3 months started lay off. Then China management came in and handicapped all the management level folks in Phoenix. Dealing with the China management is not worth the effort. Extremely crooked management. One would be better off being unemployed. If you are looking for a potential position with this company whether in Phoenix or elsewhere I advice you to not take it. The stress you'd go through just dealing with the basic day to day dealings with the China headquarter will ruin your career and your life. Trust me it's not worth it!
