training is not completed by a senior tech. You are left to figure out how to complete the task at hand on your own with incorrect work instructions and incorrect schematics. They always have the intention to correct these problems but never do (bad management). There is constant bickering. hard working employees receive no acknowledgement and the slacking employees receive pay raises (again bad management). Select few are protected. Employees are not treated equally. high turn over rate
