I’ve worked at CMS Distribution for 2 + years, and it’s been a great experience overall. The company has a collaborative and friendly culture where people are willing to help each other. Management is approachable and open to feedback. There are good opportunities to learn about distribution, logistics, and tech products, and you get exposure to multiple departments. Work-life balance is generally good, and the environment feels professional but not overly corporate.
Cons
Like many fast-paced companies, workloads can get quite heavy at certain times of the year. Internal processes can sometimes be slow to change, and career progression depends a lot on your team and manager.
