Great benefits. All the employees are awesome people. The senior management have an open door policy and they do everything possible to keep a stress-free work environment. You can learn and/or enhance skills that you can continue to use throughout your career. You will learn a lot in a short amount of time. The work level can fluctuate from really busy to really slow. The employees are not micro-managed but there is always someone available if you need assistance with anything. There can also be occasional travel so you're not always stuck in the office. As a whole, I couldn't have picked a better place to work.

Sometimes the work is repetitive which isn't that exciting and the majority of your time is spent in a cubicle atmosphere.

Good competitive environment. A lot to learn as you will be asked to perform various kinds of tasks. Team members and snr management are friendly. Especially Vice president and CEO are very friendly and make you feel like you are their close buddy. Sponsor H1B visa.

Salary is relatively lower than the market.
