Cons
CMS Solutions places very little emphasis in their marketing of the Business Leadership Program on cold-calling. In fact, this is the large majority of your day at CMS in the BLP. The management will even drip over time that the program started as a way to take over qualified and educated people and put them into cold-calling and research positions to yield a higher ROI for their companies. It makes sense from a company standpoint, but also distinguishes CMS as highly unethical in my opinion. The management also uses scare tactics and belittling to get work done, rather than respecting the talents of the qualified employees. Almost daily, there was someone in the program close to tears. Even the full-time employees at CMS complained of the CEO and other management telling them "they suck" at their job. The program advertisers working along side employees to gain skills, but you quickly learn they pile up .your plate with cold calling and research . I would advise any one with a college degree and looking to find a job in the struggling economy to not settle for working with this company - I finished the program, but it was not worth it in my eyes and I would never encourage another recent graduate from even looking towards the "Business Leadership Program".
