If you are fresh out of school, you will gain a lot of experience. There are a lot of trainings and certifications associated with this job. Use it as a stepping stone.
Cons
There are literally NO contributions to health insurance or retirement-hourly pay is on the low end for the expertise required. No bonuses or compensations for increased productivity. Given this, good luck if you just got kicked off your parents' insurance.
