It's the #1 reason why I'm searching for a new position • Disconnected teams that lead to horrible CX and UX -- why is the creative services team separate from marketing? • Unprofessional team members on the partnerships team who are condescending and negative • Antiquated practices -- things are the way they are because that's how it's always been done • No professional development • Poor maternity/paternity leave • No 401K match • Diversity is SERIOUSLY lacking. What does the DEI council actually do? Why don't we celebrate Juneteenth and MLK Jr Day as company holidays?
