Ok place - Anonymous employee CNL Financial Employee Review

There are those in management that don't belong in that job. If you are a favorite everything will be handed to you and you can do no wrong. I have seen people who have been loyal employees for over 10 years lose their jobs due to expense cuts yet we hire interns and redesign our floors. Upper management is leaving this company. This is not the cnl of the past. It seems that those most successful at the company are the ones related to executives.
