The family culture does play an advantage here with regards to needing personal time off. CNL does have a lot of pull in Orlando.
Cons
If you are not "in" with higher ups then your chances of getting promoted is slim to none. You start to see a common theme as to the people who get promoted and who their friends are and also which church they all attend.
