Pros

There are some nice people that work there.

Cons

Management is unfocused and entirely consumed with company culture and maintaining appearances. If you're an APM, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager or Project Executive, prepare to be micromanaged and have your intelligence and decisions inexplicably questioned at every turn. You will not have the same level of authority or autonomy as you would at any other proper CM. Management only finds the time to sit down and have meaningful discussions to express appreciation, offer pay raises, bonuses, or a better job title when someone gives notice of their resignation. Acknowledging an employee’s value at that juncture, when they have one foot out the door and are ready to move on, is exasperating, uncomfortable, and completely avoidable. No thought is given to the lasting impression this leaves on both the individual resigning and those who remain with the company. Employee benefits are lacking. Milestone or completion bonuses for projects, which are a staple in our industry, are nonexistent. The same goes for annual or holiday bonuses.

Pros

My experience overall was really good. Unfortunately there was not much work. There have been layoffs, furlough and people left. There was some really nice people there that I still maintain a relationship today. It is really sad and I hope they turn things around. I miss the people I work with. It was a great group of people. They need to focus on getting new work at all costs. Make people busy once again so they dont focus on gossip. I hope they succeed moving forward. If they turn things around it will be a great place to work again. Just need to make sure they have work. People need to be busy. Thankfully some middle managers left. Those folks changed the culture and ruined a once great place to work. Hopefully that dynamic changes and they get a lot of work. I am forever grateful to the principals Steve and Ken. I hope they turn this around. Keep it lean and mean churn out work. The old office may not be in the same class as the new office but it had one thing that the new office didn't have - that sense of family and commerederie. I am forever grateful to the principals for employing me for so long and giving me the opportunity. I am rooting for them to succeed.

Cons

I would recommend working there if they get more work. The only thing that prevents me from recommending them is instability of no work. They need numerous construction projects to change the dynamic.
