      None, there is nothing good from the company itself.

      Cons

      Lack of general training neither tour. You don't get to meet nobody, uninviting, and awkward. Bad compensation both monetary or in the form of feedback. You depend solely on your peers. The place produces claustrophobia with no windows in the majority of the rooms.
