Last minute changes are a daily reality. If you're starting out it seems ok but then no training and then hard deadlines with no idea what to do. Managers will speak about you during meetings and there seems to be no resolution. Layoffs have been happening and its been said it will continue with Medicaid cuts. I've seen someone get hired and layed off within 3 months just because they weren't trained on systems and the workplace flow becoming toxic because all of the stress. Within the week I experienced layoffs at my former location and feared for my job ever since then. Got laid off due to Medicaid cuts a couple months later. At the most this place will trauma bond you with coworkers and become traumatized to never work in corporate again.
Expect to perform heavy work with no more expectation of overtime and they will guilt you with more tasks about "helping members"
If you choose to apply for the pay and benefits, understand this company will make you so tired and stressed that you will become tired, lose close connections with family, and eventually gain health issues from all the stress.
Your health comes first, don't let this corporate job kill you when they layoff your position and then hire another person 2 months later.
