      Easy job with alright pay.

      Cons

      Lots of friction between teams from ground up. Higher ups don't understand most of shortcomings in their own stores.

      good discounts especially during sales

      Did not feel like I could be myself when I worked here. Was forced to follow a script daily, strict “COS only” dress code, was treated like a robot most of the time, managers expected everyone to be a clone of each other. I was miserable
