Good benefits, high turnover, no direction - Anonymous employee COSCO Shipping Employee Review

No interest in developing a culture or employees. High turnover. Expected to perform your duties mindlessly, managers show no interest in giving or receiving feedback or developing a career path/goals etc. Employees are kept in the dark on everything except their daily tasks. No mention of goals/metrics for group/department/office/company etc. Executive ex-pats are required to serve in US for limited time which translates to a company attitude of "if its minimally functional don't change it". No interest in improving inefficiencies/processes etc. Very much a 9-5 run out the clock environment.
