Closed culture at the top, boys' club, effort not recognised or rewarded, nepotism rife, refusal to invest in people or team development leading to crunch working hours, management has head-in-sand approach to problems. Cowboy attitude towards generally accepted rules. Some very poor decisions have sapped morale such as disinviting contractors from staff Christmas parties. A poor experience and not one to be recommended.
