Pros
Great work/life balance; Enjoy time off whenever you need it. You have the luxury of almost NEVER losing your job, as long as you show up every day and don't harass your coworkers. Also, you can rest assured that you probably won't even be talked to on a daily basis, if you are a shy or antisocial person.
Cons
Very stagnant company. Overly conservative; any new ideas or progressive thinking are shunned and frowned upon. The pay does not encourage one to work hard and aspire, but just be complacent.
