Senior leaders openly demonstrated unethical and unsafe work practices. Clear favoritism towards male employees was evident. Accountability was low and frequently misplaced to the wrong source. Concerns were not taken seriously, nor addressed. Despite employees actively fleeing for the above stated reasons, toxic practices continued.
