Not financially rewarding, all pay rises are made only to comply with the increase in the minimum wage.

Family orientated - if you need time off last minute they will support you. Care and compassion colleagues give families day to day is something I've never experienced before. Manager really approachable Work with a great team around me even in my lone role. Great internal progression.

Colleagues who moan about things but wont actually do anything about it or go to the people who can do/change something which can get negative. Pay but you don't do this role for the money!
