Pros
The cafeteria is the only thing I can think about
Cons
-No training, management expect you know everything and get the work done with no training and most of the instructions are outdated. -Blaming culture, no one wants to take responsibility, you can experience tons of emails back and forth but eventually you will see no progress. Not efficient at all because you won’t get anything done. -Management change their mind everyday and never communicate with you in advance. You will find no one reviews your work and on day 1 they have made the decision but change it after you completed everything several times until they say no you don’t need to do. -No growth from my standpoint. They hire you but don’t know what you are capable of, they don’t respect you and your experience. some of the tasks are just so ridiculous and wasting of my time.
