The culture at CREXi has been amazing so far! Everyone is super friendly, helpful and kind. The HR leadership seems to be building things around focusing on employees, culture and making CREXi an awesome place to work. The company is investing in resources to continue to grow and scale in thoughtful ways. The recruitment experience I had while interviewing was wonderful - I was kept in the loop and the team was super communicative and answered all my questions. CREXi's LA based office is moving into a brand-new space soon, which is exciting! Most people you meet at CREXi are happy to be here, which creates a positive and collaborative environment. The company is growing and there are some awesome things on the horizon. Grateful to be part of the journey!
