      Lots of drive time with poor compensation for time and mileage. Sometimes felt like I was on an island never hearing from leadership.

      Job was flexible to a point

      Cons

      Management changes frequently and is very poor at communication. Then they were "combined" with another company, which changed how we were paid and started messing with schedules.
