Pros
None except for the somewhat flexible schedule.
Cons
Low pay, no raises. I was part of the LMS/Crossmark merger, I have been working this job for almost 5 years with a total of 20 years retail experience. I have only ever received ONE raise in that time, and it was .15 cents! I am now making $10.15/hr, only 5 cents over minimum wage in my area while new hires with the company are starting at $12 or higher plus a hiring bonus. HR tells me, if I want a raise to ask my manager. My manager told my Crossmark does not have a raise process and if I want a better paying job go get one. What kind of treatment is that? Then they wonder why you aren't willing to pick up extra work outside of your area, not worth my time at the low wage and all the extra time and gas money spent driving around! Some of the actual work is easy but mostly it is tedious and frustrating, especially when you are being UNDERPAID! Basically doing the work of the store employees who are making at least $5 more per hour than you. Other merch companies pay better. Crossmark is horrible.
