Pros
Fun company to work for, I worked for a division that did grassroots campaigning. You get to meet and work with a lot of interesting and very different people.
Cons
I was over worked and underpaid. Usually working 7 days a week, 11 hour days with no overtime and a small bonus at the end of campaign season. I was salaried, but my hourly employees ended up making more than me sometimes with overtime.
