      Up until about 2 years ago this was the best place to work

      Cons

      There is zero transparency. The people making the decisions keep taking risks that are causing the company to let go of more and more people. It is a disaster.

      It's CRST no pros management is garbage

      Cons

      Site managers work 5 to 6 hours that's it but if you call in or leave early you get a point they can't manage a lemonade stand and can't do the job they give backing test to new recruits and cand back a trailer themselves lol
