My working Experience. - Relationship Manager CSA Advisor Employee Review

Owner and manager out of town for 3 weeks.

Employees screamed, demeaned, made fun of, disrespected, told not to think, made to feel stupid. Told to ask for help and when we do we get lectures days on end and multiple times a day saying we try not to stress you out. We help prioritize for you. Why are you asking me what to do when you know what to do? Then get yelled out when you do something and do not ask Told not to think. Get yelled at when you do think. They praise you after they treat you bad or yelled out. Controlling beyond all reasonable measures

One thing is they haven't wasted out time to visit office daily as they provide remote internship.

I really had bad experience with this company as they have provide me 0 exposure. Also i asked for work many time but they have just provided me to hire hr inter where i feel there was no need.
