      Pros

      Pay Cheque, a desk and phone, a busy environment, occasional Friday lunch, good use of TruckMate for it's capabilities. It promotes internal growth and promotion. You will move up through the ranks with hard work, learning and dedication. Work hard, play hard.

      Cons

      No assets/no trucks. CEO talks negatively of it's best employees and management, I was shocked as they were unbelievable folks. Refers to its broker clients as "Load SLUT5". Cant spell this out any simpler.... respect is important in this industry - your personal brand is very critical.

      Pros

      My job is probably the easiest job I’ve ever had. I love my coworkers! If you work the Canadian side of the company you have it made. You get like 10-12 holidays off.

      Cons

      Horrible health insurance if you are a US worker. If you’re hourly you kinda get screwed as far as pay and time off. Your holidays are unpaid so that means less hours. If you work for the US side you only get 4 holidays off and they are unpaid. HR likes to change policies all the time for the US workers.
