-strong brand -customer/member focused -work life balance -decent bonuses -lots of opportunity to improve workflows and processes -encourages diversity -discount on insurance products

Cons

-lack of strong leadership at senior management level; poor team building skills -many managers manage by fear and intimidation; and unfortunately is tolerated by senior mgmt -nepotism is rampant throughout the company -skill and talent level of many employees esp senior level is weak -yesterday's technology available today; poor infrastructure -poor communication across and within departments -tendency to promote and encourage poor/bad employee behavior -too many employees are apathetic and feel a sense of entitlement to conduct business at a mediocre or sub par level; extreme lack of accountability across all levels -lack of product/service innovation
