Pros

- 401K Match and Excellent health care benefits - You can learn how good code is written - Latest and greatest Microsoft Stack used - you'll know everything new happening in MS stack world.

Cons

- IT manager ( Deerfield ) imitates CEO and uses nasty language . - Anger issues in top management - Be ready to get nagged over stupid issues - Maintaining work life balance can become tricky sometimes as the Director will say ' You can't even do this - who hired you ??? - Woodland hills office is still better than Deerfield.

Pros

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
