      Just started and nothing to complain about -- everyone has been very helpful and I am looking forward to a long-term career with CSC. They have a great company culture, benefits, competitive pay, and career progression plans.

      Work life Balance, Growth plan, Weekly 1-1 with managers to gauge progress and any areas of support needed

      Cons

      Lack of communication when directives are given or follow through. Some directives change without communication being given down the chain.
