Most of the people at CSC are really good people. They want to do a good job.

Cons

Leadership is constantly changing and the direction is constantly changing. That makes it hard to do my work.

Work life Balance, Growth plan, Weekly 1-1 with managers to gauge progress and any areas of support needed

Cons

Lack of communication when directives are given or follow through. Some directives change without communication being given down the chain.
