There were good talented people trying to cope with the inefficient and poor management.

General environment is too stressful There is little care for their employees Management decisions is all over the place Employees have to put up with new procedures that are not communicated or properly discussed with the relevant teams resulting in a very inefficient place to work.

There are no good pros other then how easy the interview was because of them being so desperate!

Long Hours, Long Distance Traveling, Pay is Minimal, You pay for your own uniform then have to hand it back
