Pros
Their benefits and incentive programs are extended to everyone, it's a real meritocracy. This place is the first place I've worked where my work ethic is actually valued. My team members are great, and I have no problem going above and beyond on occasion when they're is a need because management makes sure it's acknowledged and rewarded accordingly. When life happens, you're treated like a human and not a cog.
Cons
Sometimes we get busy during times of influx, but we all work together to get through them.
