Overall, CT is a really positive place to work. We have great opportunities to advance, rewarding perks / incentives, flexible working hours and the staff is great to work with.
Cons
Not many to cite! Really the biggest 'cons' would be that on occasion workload can be heavy.

Cons
- Time tracking software is very invasive (screenshots every 5 to 10 min, mouse and keyboard tracking, camera must always be on while on work hours)
- KPIs can be too demanding
- Workload can be too heavy (I was managing around 15 accounts at one point)
