The company culture, benefit and the office. Company culture because it has integrity but at the same time it is fun environment. The partner really do take care of the employees over the years. Benefits because it’s better than many competitors in healthcare and other type of insurance. The office is just amazing, very big and spacious. High tech computers and new equipments.

The type of the projects, it wasn’t my personal cup of tea. I was excited to work on historic restoration projects and wasn’t doing that by end of my time. The team work is really something to be worked on. It was difficult to do projects in teams because of amount of projects each person had or the way the system worked. There was lot of time waisted with quality control, and lots of office politics of how to run projects. Was told that will be given a construction project to determine my work towards the end to never given the project and then I was let go. This isn’t what fair assessment is.

Projects are boring and mostly technical and repair Despite the cool image, there is a very rigid hierarchy, your opinion never matters. Some of the former employees will jokingly call this firm CTA cult. The staff has been working together for a very long time and anyone new will have a difficult time to adjust to the new environment.
