Pros
I worked full-time for CTDI at the West Chester HQ from 2012 to 2015 as a program manager for several of the company's business lines. The work was interesting and challenging and there was rarely a dull moment in a very benign atmosphere. Salary and benefits were excellent: 401k, health insurance, monthly individual incentive program, first-rate cafeteria, to name a few. CTDI’s founder saw the company not only as a business venture, but also as a way for employees to support themselves and their families. And the second and third generation of family owners have maintained and fostered that attitude with programs and activities like CTDI Cares (support for families with medical needs), casino night, company picnic, the annual car show, United Way, even rewards for summer walking accomplishments. Employee recognition is routine – CTDI’s LinkedIn account is filled with photos of individuals being congratulated for their employment anniversaries. The company is an interesting mix of office, warehouse and repair facilities, which allows CTDI to offer a wide variety of job opportunities. Anyone looking for employment at CTDI should be prepared to work hard and to be rewarded for it.
Cons
Not a one worth mentioning.
