Cons
CTDI represents everything that's wrong with America today. It's another multi-national corporation that will do anything for more profit. They hire through temp agencies in "temp towns" - low income areas with lots of desperate people. As others have said this is borderline illegal because it's done to avoid tax and benefit liabilities. The management is completely inept. They do nothing to help or make things more efficient, then lay the blame on temps for low production. There is a constant lack of tools needed to do the job. Restrooms are disgusting and roach infested (when they're even operational). Reading other's reviews here on glassdoor, from CTDI locations across North America, it's a bit shocking to see this is how they run their business at EVERY branch. This is actually their business model. I recommend anyone that feels the same way, write to the IRS and request an investigation. To summarize - avoid heartless corporations like this. Work for a locally owned company, or even corporation, who's profits aren't driven from the backs of poor and desperate people. The problem is multi-national corporate giants like CTDI (especially ones that outsource labor to Asian Countries), are putting smaller locally owned operations, that treat employees fairly, out of business. Let the truth be known.
