      Pros

      Overall relaxed attitude unless your job is to cover for management fairytales. Good for interns, entry level, or out of school engineers to build basic knowledge and experience.

      Cons

      Incompetent managers. Few very knowledgeable engineers. Little scope for professional advancement as an engineer or otherwise.

      Pros

      Depending on your branch, it can be a very tight knit group. I have great coworkers but I can only speak for my branch. Decent benefits and weekly pay!

      Cons

      The pay is okay, Seems like higher ups are pretty strict and it's difficult to get the tools and parts needed for repairs.
